Worst experience ever. It was our first time travel. The bus got late by an hour and the boarding place was isolated. Further, the seats were very uncomfortable at such price. No place to keep your luggage. We had to keep the luggage beside us the whole night. The live tracking was kept off, making it less safe for the travel. I would really say that should come up with some good solutions for the customers.

It was the worst experience while travelling. There was no curtain beside the seat, there were no blankets, and the bus was fully rubbish.

I have booked the seat in middle but the same seat was not provided to me. Behaviour of staff was not good. Bus was 1 hour late at their destination.

Seat was very bad and dirty. Vomiting had occurred on the blanket. The conductor's behaviour was bad. I reported it. Overall, very bad experience. Worst service you are providing.

The dropped point was not as per the selection. They dropped far away from the location because the last destination of that bus was in another city, not Jodhpur.

They are carrying goods on the floor on the bus so passengers could not even walk to reach their seats.
