Chandani Travels Bus Booking

I had a terrible experience with Travels. My bus journey from Gurugram to Darbhanga was scheduled to depart at 2:35 PM on 16 October 2026, with an expected arrival time of 1:17 PM on 17 October 2026. However, the bus departed late at around 4:00 PM, and the journey has been severely delayed due to the operator's irresponsible practices. The bus is extremely overcrowded, with far more passengers than it can reasonably accommodate. Despite having designated pickup and drop-off points, the staff pick up additional passengers from multiple unauthorized locations along the route. Stops that are supposed to last 30 minutes often turn into two-hour delays. The staff do whatever they want and refuse to listen to passengers' complaints. It is now around 3:00 PM on 17 October, and I am still on the bus. The bus keeps stopping at multiple locations along the route, including places that are not designated stops, causing further delays. Given the scheduled arrival time of 1:17 PM, this level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. There is no respect for passengers' time, comfort, or safety. I strongly urge to investigate Travels, address the overcrowding and unauthorized stops.

Initially bus was 2 hours late which is common but to receive me conductor the light age boy called me. He was intoxicated and used inappropriate communication and complete journey was non cooperation.

This is the worst experience anyone can have in a bus.

There were multiple problems and the bus was around two hours late. I booked a window-side two-seater but was provided a different seat in a three-seater. The AC was not working, and the driver and bus operator's behavior was very bad. They stopped the bus anytime and anywhere, which caused the bus to be three hours late. After that, they did not understand the passengers' problems. I request everyone from UP never to book any bus that comes from Bihar. This was my biggest mistake, booking a bus that started from Bihar.

Stoped bahut jyada hai.

No water supply, no toilet, and its timing was very bad. It was not clean, the staff was rude, and there was no proper seating plan. It felt like a tractor rather than a bus.

The bus was very late. Poor servicing.

So bad service of this bus. Never book this again for any journey. From my experience, so bad. All services are bad and misbehaving. Seat broke, no water, no pickup point right. So bad condition of this bus.
