Overall Chankya Travels are very good for trip nice experience. I like most punctuality.

Actually this is a luggage carrier bus. So many things are negative. In short, family should avoid this type of bus service.

worst experience it was..it seems like a outsiders luggage carrier bus not a passenger bus..toilet was locked..they tell everyone to keep there luggage on their seat only..so much bad experience it was.. don't go with this Bus..

Very bad service.

The staff was absolutely terrible and engaged in significant harassment. During a layover in Jodhpur, I had to switch to another bus for the journey to Mumbai. The staff members were using language when speaking to everyone.

Dropping time 13:00pm 2:30 hour let drop my location.

I felt as if I was travelling inside a goods train rather than a passenger bus. I booked a comfortable seat online and paid a good amount for it, expecting a safe and comfortable journey. Unfortunately, I received neither comfort nor basic safety. The entire corridor was filled with luggage, parcels, and goods, as if the bus were being operated as a transport vehicle. This seemed to happen regularly whenever the bus departed from Mumbai. There was so much loaded that it became difficult to walk through the corridor, and at times, even breathing comfortably felt difficult. Another major concern was that the live tracking frequently disappeared during the journey, which seemed to be a recurring problem. It also appeared that additional passengers were picked up along the way simply to fill the bus and maximise revenue, rather than prioritising the comfort and safety of passengers who had already paid for their seats. I sincerely requested to establish stricter operating guidelines for its bus operators, especially those receiving a significant volume of bookings. Please ensured that no additional passengers were picked up during the journey unless proper, vacant seats were available and their booking and identity details were verified. Allowing unidentified passengers to board created serious security risks. Our luggage, cash, mobile phones, and other valuables could be stolen, and in such situations, it became extremely difficult to establish who boarded the bus, where they boarded, and who was responsible. As a paying customer, I should not had to travel in an overcrowded bus with corridors blocked by parcels and luggage, worrying about my personal safety and belongings. I requested to take this complaint seriously and implement strict monitoring and accountability measures for its operators. Customers paid for a comfortable, safe, and reliable journey, not merely for a seat. The quality of service should match the trust customers placed in it. I hoped you would look into this matter and took appropriate action to prevent other passengers from experiencing the same problems.

Staff behaviour, specially xxxxxxxxxx was awesome. this travels was my favorite bus.

Very dirty seats and unhygienic place, very unsafe environment and rush driving.

There was no toilet on the bus. That was a lie.
