The only problem was that while booking it showed boarding point as Seoni bus stand and before half an hour of the journey call came from driver regarding boarding point as Rajwada which is not right from customer point of view. It causes inconvenience to the customers. It should have been informed before. Otherwise good overall.

Charging port is not working. The bus was late for more than 30 minutes, due to which I missed my train. Also, staff behaviour is very poor. The bus was supposed to be non-stop, but if anyone standing on the road signalled, it stopped and took passengers for short distances also.
