The charging sockets are not working properly, and there are not enough functional sockets available. Also, the beds are not clean enough to sleep on

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my journey with CGR Travels. The condition of the non AC sleeper bus was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the money paid for the ticket. The bus was extremely unhygienic, with black marks all over the interior. It genuinely looked as though the bus had not been properly cleaned or sanitised in months. The bedsheets and curtains appeared dirty and had clearly not been washed for a long time. The sleeper seats were uncomfortable, and the headrests were torn, with the sponge visibly exposed. This is not the kind of condition any passenger should have to tolerate after paying such an amount. I had reasonable expectations for this journey, but the actual experience was far below them. Basic cleanliness, hygiene, and passenger comfort are the bare minimum a travel operator should provide, and CGR Travels failed on all three. I strongly urge CGR Travels to take immediate action and improve the condition of their non AC buses. The bus needs proper deep cleaning, sanitisation and replacement or repair of damaged seats and headrests. Bedsheets and curtains must also be washed regularly. As a highly dissatisfied customer, I would strongly advise others looking to book a non AC sleeper bus to consider other travel operators and avoid CGR Travels. The service was absolutely not worth the money paid and I would not recommend it in its current condition. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes instead of continuing to provide such a poor travel experience.
