Please check my booking time and boarding location. I booked my ticket for the exact boarding point mentioned in my booking and waited there, but the bus had already left before the scheduled time. I was present at the correct location and waited for the bus, yet I was unable to board due to its early departure. Since I missed the bus despite being at the correct boarding point on time, I request a full refund of my ticket amount. Please investigate this issue and process my refund as soon as possible. I hope for a fair and prompt resolution.

AC not cooling, very worst experience during the restroom, and driving very roughly because he was late.

All time AC was stopped and cooler was running. Their conductor's behaviour to the staff is like a fish market type. Very poor experience.

Blankets were dusty and dirty. Washroom at the rest stop was always extremely bad, worst no cleanliness. AC was not continuously working; the operator was turning it on and off at intervals.
