This bus is not running on time and driver response is also not good. He is not telling about exact time and talking rudely.

The bus is good, everything is good, but the red bus is a fraud, a robber, a coward.

Very hygienic and well maintained bus and safe driving thanks to driver.

Bus was crashed and bus owners did not do anything for travellers.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my booking scheduled for 16 October 2026, from Bengaluru to Kozhikode. My scheduled pickup time was 9:20 PM. Due to heavy traffic in Bengaluru, the bus was delayed by approximately 40 minutes. I understood that traffic conditions could be unpredictable, and I was willing to accommodate this delay. I arrived at the designated pickup location at approximately 10:00 PM and began looking for the bus. At around 10:05 PM, I called one of the cabin crew members to confirm their location. They informed me that they were at the pickup point, and I immediately told them that I would reach them within a minute. However, I had not received any call or notification from the staff informing me that the bus had arrived or specifying its exact location. Within the next two minutes, another cabin crew member called me to ask where I was. I explained that I was at the pickup point and was actively trying to locate the bus. Despite repeatedly requesting that they wait for just two minutes, as I was very close to reaching them, my requests were completely denied. What made the situation particularly concerning was that, upon checking the bus tracking system, I discovered that the bus had already travelled approximately a quarter of the way towards KR Puram. This clearly indicated that the bus had departed well before the second call, despite the crew member telling me that they were about to leave. I found this conduct extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I made every reasonable effort to reach the pickup point, remained cooperative despite the initial delay, and actively contacted the staff to locate the bus. However, I was left stranded without adequate communication or a fair opportunity to board. Furthermore, even after informing me that they had already left the original pickup point, the cabin crew members repeatedly instructed me to reach the alternative pickup spot. However, it was approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away with the heavy traffic from my location, making it practically impossible for me to reach there in time. Additionally, the metro services were about to close for the night, leaving me with no realistic means of reaching the alternative pickup point within a reasonable timeframe. I believed it was unreasonable to expect a passenger to travel for another 1 hour and 20 minutes to an alternative pickup point, particularly late at night when public transportation was about to stop operating. This demonstrated a serious lack of consideration for passenger convenience and safety.

Reached in time, punctually. I hope the same punctuality is maintained in future too.
