Terrible experience, timings did not match at all. It was mentioned 4 pm from Hyderabad to Raipur by 5 am, but they started at 7 pm and reached Raipur by 11:30 am.

It's one of the worst traveling experiences I have ever had. I waited more than an hour underneath the tree as the bus was delayed. No blankets provided. No partition curtains between double sleeper. They only switch on the blower instead of AC. Very very poor, you should do ground survey before enlisting this kind of operators.
