Staff was screaming at one woman, who didn't want to share her seat with someone despite paying the full price. It was for a young girl, but despite that, staff was screaming at her off and on. In the end, I was unable to sleep properly. I know the woman's behavior was not good, but at least she was quiet. The girl got a seat afterwards, but staff was still talking about the same topic till the end.

The conductor's behavior was very poor. Despite having a confirmed online ticket, he refused to accept it and started arguing. There was a different conductor on the bus today whose behavior was completely unprofessional. Please replace him with Ravindra Tiwari; he is very good.
