Today it was raining heavily, the pillow was completely wet, and there was water leakage inside seat U16. The charger C2C port is not working. Staffs do not respond properly if anything is asked. Driving is good. Reached on time.

The bus service is not running on time. There are no proper rest stops during the journey, and the bus is picking up passengers late and dropping them off late. Kindly improve the punctuality and provide proper rest stops for passengers. Please take the necessary action to improve the service.

There was a lot of disturbance from the driver and two other persons. They were having loud conversations the whole night. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep the whole night in the bus.
