The bus was late and conductor was saying arrival time 8:30 pm instead of 7:35 pm. I would have missed my train. I had to leave bus and go to dhanbad via bike. I need refund since I didn't travel and I had informed the conductor on time as well still website has no option to cancel. Refundable option should be available if bus is late, not only till bus actual departure time.

I would like to complain about the poor punctuality of your bus service. I have travelled on this bus three times, and on every occasion the bus reached the boarding point about 30 minutes late. It also arrived at the dropping point approximately 1 hour later than the scheduled time. This repeated delay causes inconvenience and affects my daily schedule.
