Seats were not reclining, and the AC was not cooling properly. They ran this bus just like a local bus. Horrifying experience. Please do not prefer this bus for the journey. Also, it was late by 1.5 hours. They stopped numerous times for local passengers. The gallery light switch was on all the time. Do not book this bus. Overall the worst experience.

Everything was ok but staff talk rudely and did not inform everyone about the washroom break. At the back, customers did not understand whether this was a washroom break or if passengers were waiting.
