BTR Travels Bus Booking

The bus was one hour late at the Bremen Chowk, Pune. The driver team didn’t call prior. One of the bus cleaners was smoking cigarettes sitting beside the driver. It’s horrible.

Very good service.

Was late in arriving. Did not announce the stops well even though he had a speaker. Seat too small for 6' and above.

Bus reached the pickup location with a 2-hour delay. So much inconvenience due to standing on the road waiting for the bus. Passengers’ suitcases and some kind of parcels were kept on the pathway on the bus which made it difficult while boarding the upper seat and getting down the bus.

Very bad rest spot for the dinner.

2 hours delay in arriving. Worst staff behavior with ladies.

 Management Team, I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding our extremely disappointing experience with on our Pune to  - Boarding Point: Fatima Nagar, Pune - Dropping Point: Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad The bus was already delayed by approximately 2 hours. Despite this, we cooperated with the driver and followed his request to reach the location he instructed us to come to. However, even after making this effort, the driver did not wait for even 2 minutes at our boarding stop. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially after the significant delay and the inconvenience we had already faced. Furthermore, the luggage compartment (dikki) was completely full, forcing us to keep our luggage beside our seats. A passenger bus should provide proper luggage storage and comfortable seating, rather than making passengers travel uncomfortably because of poor management. To make matters worse, the driver was extremely short-tempered, aggressive, and harsh in his communication. His rude and intimidating behaviour was completely unprofessional and made our overall experience even worse. I strongly request the management to investigate this matter and take strict action against the driver, including considering his removal from duty. If required, I am ready to provide videos and photographs as evidence of his behaviour and the conditions inside the bus. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate the complaint to the relevant transport authorities and pursue the available legal remedies. I expect a prompt response, a proper investigation, and appropriate action from your management. Passengers deserve punctual service, proper luggage arrangements, respectful treatment, and a safe and comfortable journey. Please do not treat this complaint as just another feedback message. I expect this matter to be taken seriously.
