This is not the first time I am travelling. If it is a journey by bus then I will choose only for comfort. My majority of the travel route is covered. Thank you team.

Very worst journey – extremely disappointing experience Why should I give a 5-star rating for such a terrible journey? The pickup was delayed by one hour, and the drop-off was also delayed by one hour. After dropping passengers at Shamshabad Outer Ring Road, the pickup van moved very slowly. I booked a U20 seat, but there was no proper AC, making the bus extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this journey to anyone. The operator seriously needs to improve punctuality, air conditioning, and passenger comfort.

Water bottle was not provided even when we asked. Further cleanliness needs to be improved. On the last trip, used water bottles and snack covers placed in the luggage carrier were not cleaned at all. Improvement is required.
