Worst experience. The bus dropped me 50 km away from my destination, claiming it was out of their route. The staff were extremely rude and offered no proper help. was equally disappointing, refusing to take responsibility or resolve my complaint. Poor service, zero accountability. Avoid booking with them.

I didn't get that trip and refund not also gotten. Now I am troubling with a lot of problems when driver suddenly informed that your bus was canceled due to maintenance issue. Worst travel agency I have ever seen before. Get my refund otherwise I will go to consumer protection court.
