Zero star. Very bad experience with Brahmaputra Travels! One of the worst travel experiences I have ever had! The bus felt more like a truck than a passenger bus. It was carrying fruits and other goods, making the journey extremely uncomfortable for passengers. The 25-seater bus felt like a rocking cot, shaking and swaying throughout the journey instead of providing a comfortable ride. To make matters worse, the seat covers were dirty and unhygienic. The bus was delayed, and the overall service was terrible. Passengers pay for a comfortable and reliable journey, not to travel in a vehicle that feels like a goods truck. Poor management, dirty seats, an uncomfortable journey, and disappointing service made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend Brahmaputra Travels. Please improve your bus maintenance, cleanliness and service and respect your passengers time and comfort.
