Ac is not working properly. Bus attendant is not good. Dropping point - I see Paris Corner, but the bus attendant says the last stop is here. The climber also says like this. The location is also not good for this bus.

overall good. 1. C2 and C3 sleeper was shaking a lot. unable to sleep 2. Toilet smells. Rest stop toilet can be maintained better 3.Bus booked on weekdays only still 30 mins delay. 4. sleeper cushion was good in white bus. 5. AC flow was good.

Do not pick passengers while travelling. Make them ready before start or cancel the bus. I travelled with a 5-hour delay for a 6-hour journey. I travelled for more than 11 hours.

The bus was stopped at Kilambakkam bus stand for almost one hour without providing any prior information to the passengers. When we asked the driver about the reason for the delay, he simply stated that several seats were still vacant and that the bus would depart only after those seats were filled. Passengers were not informed about this delay, and keeping the bus waiting for an hour just to fill the remaining seats is unacceptable.
