Terrible terrible, driver did not even call me. I was not able to board the bus. I waited for 1 hour. I called the driver multiple times. No one answered.

The stop was at Kashmiri Gate but I got off at Red Fort itself. The behavior of the staff was very bad, they did not have the manners to talk. Waste of money.
