With regards to seat/sleeping seat, it's very hard just like sleeping on a rock. If its cushion were soft, no doubt the journey in this bus would be more comfortable.

Seat was 6U window side. Other person occupied it and even conductor didn't ask him to give it to me. Such an arrogant behaviour. Never gonna travel with Buleline again. Gajraj/Manjra way better.

Bed is not comfortable as it's too hard, it's just like sleeping on a rock. So I suggest keeping smooth beds for a comfortable journey just like VRL travel buses.
