Pathetic experience with the bus. You can expect absolutely zero comfort on this ride. Even the smoothest road has gone disastrous with this thing. It sounds like every screw has fallen apart and all the parts are gonna come out right now. No, the charging ports don't work either. They'll make you stop at a super unhygienic hotel to grab your dinner. If you can sleep like a baby even if the world is ending and your sleep stays strong then you can hop into it. But, oh lord, this is the first and last time. P. S. I also ignored those negative reviews and got into it but damn, what a pathetic experience.

The seats were not clean and the bus did not have any hygiene maintenance. Moreover, the vehicle was old and not like the photos shown on the app.

Conductor behaviour is too bad. Some seats are not comfortable. Switches are not working. Staff is too. Use another bus.

Started late from ISBT by another bus which was again changed at Jorabat. My seat no 13 was reissued offline from the ISBT counter, which was managed and I was given seat no 10. The bus was fully loaded outside and inside with goods like fruits, automobile parts, and many other materials which are normally carried by a truck, due to which I reached Silchar late at 8:35 am.
