The bus condition is not good. I am taking a sleeper berth and that one does not have a mobile charging point.

Poor quality bus, not well maintained, no drinking water. Couldn't take a nap, as the whole vehicle is noise. Please don't suggest this bus.

I used to travel almost every month, but this was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I had ever had. The hygiene was extremely poor, the cost was too high, and the bus itself was in terrible condition, it felt like a scrap vehicle. Please do not allow such buses to operate. It could seriously affect the customer experience and create a negative reputation. Worst experience.

Staff are very attentive. Liked the travel. Very good staff, but the bus is a little bit congested. Legroom is less. Sometimes AC not working. Bag carriage is lower. I think it could be a little higher because it causes the leg room. After all, had a good travel because of the staff.

No facilities at all. Light is not working and even charging port. Very bad experience.

No water or blanket was provided. Didn't stop for food break and washroom break was provided only in early morning.
