The bus late at 00:30 without picking up and without informing. The driver told that you have to call after booking the. Only they can stop or pick up. Now my entire amount was taken , I reached at 1:20 AM , Departure wad 1:40 AM, But when I called the driver he told he has already left the city and was on Highway. He also told that office will not inform you as the time was 12:00 AM so nobody is responsible. I need refund of this.

The arrival was delayed by more than an hour and the drop was delayed by more than three hours from the expected time, which was really very frustrating. Also, the hotel where the bus was halted for dinner was very unhygienic and mainly served food that was already made by them. We had no choice to eat; whatever they had already prepared was what we got, which was very disgusting. I hope the review is considered and changes are made accordingly.

Bus staff is so rude and I booked a single seat for my journey but in reality there was no single seat and they told me to take a seat with three people in a double seat.
