Worst experience in my entire bus journey life. Seats are so congested like a daily day ultra bus. Leg space is almost nil. Worst bus, not for a normal person. Highly regret to travel. Never again in life.

The bus took some time to reach ISBT. It probably stopped in every possible place to carry passengers. Also had to stand initially even though I booked a seat at Tezpur University stoppage. They carried some other passenger and told us to stand until the passenger who didn't even book the seat got to their final destination. Didn't have a good experience.

The stoppage was Dolabari but the bus dropped the passengers before reaching Dolabari bus stop. Also, a big problem was the leg space. People kept reclining their seats, and the people sitting behind them had to squeeze themselves since there is no leg space in the bus seats.

Worst bus I have ever seen in present days. There is no seat comfort. There is no leg space. AC not working.

The bottle holder was not good. I had booked a window seat, but the seat number was switched with another seat. Everything else was good. I also loved that Tezpur University was my boarding point.

Seats have very little leg room, and recline also does not work well. It cannot hold the seat.

The experience is not better for me. The seat capacity is not better and the amount which is given by me for the trip is too much, but according to the amount, the basis is not like the comfort. This is too much barrier.

Bus arrived 20 min late on my stoppage and even though bus was full of passengers they stopped multiple times for picking up local passengers.
