I have only one reason for cutting one star: the live tracking was off at the time of departure, and also the water bottle was not given to me.

Very poor time management and delayed service. The bus did not arrive on time, causing unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. No proper updates were provided regarding the delay. Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values punctuality.
