Bharuka Travels Bus Booking

I recently travelled from Mumbai to Nanded and it was a very comfortable experience overall. Due to heavy exit traffic leaving Mumbai, both the pickup and drop-off times were delayed by about 1.5 hours, which was a bit unfortunate but understandable given the road conditions. Aside from the traffic delay, the journey was excellent; the sleeper bus itself was in perfect, pristine condition, and the cabin staff were incredibly polite, professional, and accommodating throughout the trip. If you don't mind potential traffic delays out of the city, the excellent bus quality and great hospitality make this a highly recommended service.

Only problem is GPS and maintenance of bus. Feels like ordinary bus, not Volvo.

Every place on the route goes to the city but not to Kalamnuri. The bus should go from Kalamnuri city and should pick up the passenger from Kalamnuri city.

Need to improve the staff behaviour

Very disappointing experience. The bus condition was good, but the driver dropped me on the highway, far from the city. I had to walk 4–5 km just to find an auto-rickshaw. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Passengers should be dropped at proper and safe locations. Very poor drop-off service.

11pm travel arrived at 1am. It is too late. If you cannot reach on time, then inform the passenger that the bus is getting delayed by 2 hours. They will plan accordingly. Passengers will leave home after 2 hours. Live location also unable to see the bus.

Didn't stop at my designated stop.

They should stop at food hygiene hotel.

I forgot my headphones on the seat, but now he was saying that he did not find them. I think he was lying. What should I do now.

Terrible service and no punctuality at all. Many times bus gets delayed by more than an hour or two.
