I was not provided with a water bottle. The blankets were used and have been used since the bus was bought. The bus deboarding was at Kashmiri Gate, but it stopped at some bypass where passengers were told to deboard.

This was a very unpleasant and disgusting travel experience. A passenger sitting inside the bus appeared to be under the influence of some kind of substance and defecated on the back seat. Because of this incident, all the passengers had to face a lot of inconvenience and disturbance, and our journey was delayed significantly. I request the bus management to properly check passengers before allowing them to board and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future. The safety, hygiene, and comfort of all passengers should be a priority. No one should have to go through such a disturbing and unhygienic experience while travelling. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the management takes this complaint seriously and implements necessary measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
