My drop was at 7am but dropped at 10:30 am. Also, staff behaviour is not good. They made me walk 1km to get into the bus.

They dropped us at another destination which is 15 km away from our selected destination. When I showed my ticket to the bus operators saying that this is not my destination, they said that's not our problem, this is our last stop and it's the app issue if you selected another destination. So basically, this is red bus's problem. Anyways, I'm not boarding this bus again and it was a terrible experience.
