Bharath Motors Bus Booking

Bus arrived at destination with almost three and a half hours delay although it could be attributed to traffic congestion at Bengaluru itself (three hours). Otherwise trip was good, bus and staff too.

3hrs late.

All good.

Firstly the bus was cancelled and then arranged for another bus. The original scheduled pickup was 9:45. They called around 8:30 asking me to come at 9:00 pm. We agreed to pick up at 9:20 since this was much earlier than the scheduled time. Then they asked me to come to a different place. This was again a pickup vehicle. They dropped me off at some place where the actual journey took place. They stopped in a very dirty place for restroom breaks. It was stinking and unhygienic. Never again will book this bus.

Delayed bus. No conductor at all. Worst experience ever. I prefer to die rather than travelling in this bus again.

I travelled from Bangalore to Mangalore on Bharath Bus, and my experience was very disappointing. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 9:38 PM but arrived at around 11:12 PM due to rain. However, when the bus reached my boarding point, nobody called me to inform me. I had to track the bus myself and call the driver to confirm its arrival. When the bus arrived, I checked the bus number, and it matched my ticket. However, a person checking tickets, possibly the cleaner, told me that it was not my bus and that another bus would come. He also claimed that my name was not on the passenger list, even though the bus number matched and the tracker showed the same bus. When I questioned the driver, he confirmed that I had called him and that this was indeed my bus. This incident made me very angry and uncomfortable, especially because I was travelling alone late at night. I paid a high ticket price due to the festival season, and I expected better service and safety. I strongly suspect that the ticket-checking person was trying to give my seat to someone else, possibly his friends or another passenger, but this needs to be investigated. I strongly advise women travelling alone to double-check their bus details and confirm directly with the driver. Such incidents can create unnecessary fear and confusion in the middle of the night. The only positive part of this experience was that the driver was helpful and cooperative. I appreciate his support, but overall, I would not recommend booking this bus due to this experience. Bharath Bus management should investigate this incident and ensure that passengers are treated honestly and safely.

The bus was not Travels. It was some standby old bus. No name, nothing. We reached 5 hours late.

They have arranged some other transport bus instead of the bus. Only name written as Volvo but the journey was terrible.

these worst my experience i tried first bharath motors if time not co-up.i need to reach 5clk but 8am upload. I won't recommend for any one this company
