I have had a very bad experience in this bus. The staff did not give me a sheet. The AC was not working. Even after taking the ticket, I had to open the window because their AC was not working. The seats were not that good. There was no service as I paid for it. I have been everywhere before this. They give me a bottle of water, a sheet, but they did not give me anything like that.
