The bus was very noisy, and the body was not in good condition. I could not sleep properly during the journey, and the comfort was not good at all. However, the staff behavior was very good.

Extremely horrible and unsafe travel experience my journey was extremely disappointing and unsafe. I travelled with my mother on lower berth seats L14 and L15, and the overall experience was terrible. 1. Rash and dangerous driving: The driver drove recklessly, causing the bus to sway dangerously from side to side. During the ghat section, my mother was almost about to fall because there were no proper edge holders or adequate safety support. 2. Poor bus maintenance: The bus was poorly maintained, with no proper bag holders and an overall below-average condition. 3. Unhygienic bedding: The bedsheets were of extremely poor quality, made of what felt like cheap nylon material, and were not suitable for a comfortable overnight journey. 4. Unsafe driving and early arrival: The scheduled arrival time was around 5:45 AM, but the bus reached Udupi approximately 30 minutes early. The driver’s rash driving made the journey frightening rather than comfortable. Passenger safety should be the highest priority, especially during overnight journeys and ghat sections. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly urged the management to investigate the operator’s driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and passenger safety arrangements. Please took appropriate action to prevent other passengers from facing the same experience.
