Worst bus I have ever travelled on.

Bus was taking stops again and again. Total journey delayed by 4 hours. It destroyed my entire day plan.

First of all, the bus was very late at the pickup point; the time was 15:55 and arrival was 18:00. The final dispatch was also late; the time was 10:45 and dispatch 16:30. The bus had poor hygiene and also showed a bad smell.

My journey from Bhopal to Lucknow was extremely disappointing. The scheduled arrival time was 8:50 am, but the bus reached around 2:30 pm, nearly 5 hours and 40 minutes late. No drinking water bottle was provided, and the restaurant stop had unhygienic food and poor cleanliness. The owner and management need to seriously improve punctuality, passenger facilities, and hygiene standards. Kindly take this feedback seriously and upgrade your services to provide passengers with a safe, clean, and comfortable journey.
