Charging point not working, bus running late, didn't provide water bottle, pillow, blanket, AC poor, bus not in good condition, shaking all the time, unwanted noise.

There are two buses, one from Chohtan to Barmer that was not an AC bus and the second one was from Barmer to Nawalgarh.

The bus did not arrive on time, causing inconvenience to passengers. Additionally, the seat allotted to me at the time of booking was not provided during the journey. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to prevent such issues in the future. As may you kindly close your booking this.
