Instead of stopping at a place where we could have a meal, they stopped the bus at a non-vegetarian restaurant, and as a result, the bus was significantly delayed. The bed sheets on the bus also had a very foul odor. The driver’s behavior was not good.

The pickup location is much farther away than originally agreed upon, making it extremely inconvenient for me to reach the bus. Furthermore, I did not receive any call or prior communication from the driver regarding the exact pickup location. I had to call him three times just to obtain this information. Additionally, the driver is not answering phone calls. It appears that the contact number provided is practically unreachable, as repeated attempts to contact the driver have been unsuccessful. This lack of communication and the unexpected change in the pickup location have caused considerable inconvenience. I request that this issue be addressed and that appropriate action be taken to prevent such situations in the future.

Not stick to scheduled timing of bus. Making delay on every pick up point. At sion stop, bus was idle for more than an hour which resulted in delay and disturbed my further day schedule. Very worst experience. Moreover, staff was arrogant. Will not willing to travel by this bus in future.
