Basu Travels Bus Booking

Bus was cancelled. Operator was good. He arranged seat at 12.20.

Terrible service – avoid this bus! The bus that was showing as reserved was replaced with a completely different bad bus that kept stopping everywhere like a public bus. People were packed so tightly that they were falling over each other. We arrived one and a half hours late. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do not book or board this bus.

Had very bad experience, bus stopped many times.

I was assigned some other bus, other than the booked one. I did not get the required positioned seat, as it was allocated to some other person. The interior was not cleaned, with messy seat covers. Driving was not smooth. Staff behaviour was not good. Overall, the experience was terrible. Hope they would improve.

Taking a long time to reach destination, bus stopped at every point taking other extra passengers.

Bus cancelled without prior notice... was shifted to different bus but reached destination very late

Our booked seat was not assigned to us.

Rupam travel was good. Basu travel cancelled. Rupam was really good though. Staff behavior was good, drive was fast and smooth.

1. The bus did not have any timetable, it is getting late continuously. 2. They have picked lots of extra passengers in the bus, all are gathering in front of the seats. It seems very disappointing to me. 3. The bus operators did not pick up calls for any enquiries.

The service was mostly discomfort. Seating capacity was not proper. Extra stoppage, late run, standing capacity passenger allowed. Very very bad experience.
