The AC water was falling on bed, and half of the bed was wet, no accountability served by bus staff. If I am paying money for good service, the red bus should also be accountable towards good service.

It was not a very pleasant experience overall. There were no charging ports available; it was totally broken, and there were no blankets provided either.
