Bus was late by one and a half hours. Had to wait at the bus station. The initial staff I interacted with were fine but the person who called to tell me the bus was about to leave was rude and unprofessional. They told me to hurry up after they had given me the wrong bay number. The bus was stopped by bank employees after we left the city because apparently the owners had not paid their EMI. One of the employees was entitled, rude and arrogant. He initially asked us to get down and told us that he would arrange another bus for us but was not sure when it would arrive. We insisted that they just seize the bus at the final bus stop as most of the passengers were female students returning home and it would get really late and unsafe for us. He agreed after some discussion with other passengers. They then proceeded to tell us very late that they would not drop us off at the final bus stop but only at the entrance of the final city, which is kilometers away from most of our houses. He then argued and patronized us, who were more than half his age, about how ungrateful we were even though none of it was our fault. Yes, I will be making an official complaint to his bank.
