The bus is very old and in poor condition. Five passengers traveled from Sagar to Deori occupying the reserved seats, and local passengers were picked up at every stop, which caused significant inconvenience.

They pick up passengers from everywhere they stop. Those passengers give trouble to other passengers. They come and sit without permission. Not good.
