Worst experience. They charge as much as an AC bus but have zero cleanliness. Seats are loaded with dust. There are no sliders or curtains. Every part of the bus makes a sound.

It was like a luggage truck. They took a lot of luggage like cartons, an iron rack, and a scooty at the emergency exit door. They were not giving me my assigned seat. The bus reached Rehli at 8:00 AM, and I was not dropped at the dropping point.

The bus was trash from the beginning. Its tire's rubber first came off (which I don't know for myself as I didn't see it; I heard) which made it stop. Then after some time again something happened. Large sounds all around the bus were heard. Then we were stuck there for 1.5 hrs. We insisted the staff get another bus but they neglected it. After forcefully driving it near a service centre, which took almost 2.5 hrs, the bus started moving with so much noise it was impossible to sleep. In Bhopal, we insisted again to get another bus but were ignored again. Then the bus stopped and we all forced him to call another bus. That's not all because the drop point I was promised, they did not take me there but stranded me at a fourways 1.5 km away, which made my journey worst. Please do not choose this bus.

4:30 hours is still a long time from Sagar to Jabalpur, but it got delayed and reached in 5 hours.

Worst bus journey ever. It was honestly my worst journey ever. I booked a bus from Indore to Jabalpur. First, the bus didn’t stop at my boarding point, which was beside Jardin Hotel. When I called the driver, he said, bus already left. But I know that wasn’t true. Then he told me to come to Star Square. I had to pay xxx for an auto just to reach there and board the bus. When I finally got on the bus, the condition was terrible. There was a bad smell, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable seats, and some passengers were eating and making a mess. Then, around 12:30 AM, the driver started allowing random passengers to board and said. This caused further delay and made the journey even more frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I definitely would not recommend this bus service.

Very bad. Dirty sheet. And not suspension bus and 2 hour late. I recommend don't book this bus
