I had a very disappointing experience travelling on this bus today. The seats were dirty, and the mobile charging ports were not working. The quality of service was extremely poor considering the high ticket price. The fare charged was simply not worth the quality of service provided. To make matters worse, even a bottle of drinking water was not provided. The ticket price was too high for such poor service. Passengers deserved clean seats, working charging points, and basic amenities for the money they paid. I was highly dissatisfied with this experience. I hoped the management took this feedback seriously and improved the service quality to justify the fare charged. The price was high, but the quality of service was very poor.

It's not a Day Super or Day Service bus, it has became a city service bus with unlimited stops, b'fast stoppage was at 11.30 am and lunch stopage was after 4.30 that's even for 10 mins only. Conclusion- Disgusting.

The bus didn't look like a supreme bus but a line bus as it was carrying passengers from everywhere in the journey.
