Rest stop was not hygienic, dirty toilets and washroom. Live tracking not showing. AC getting turned off by their staff, and when asking to turn on the AC, they say open the window a little bit and enjoy the natural fresh and chilled air. But what about the dust, dirt, and noise coming from the windows? was it an AC bus? I do not think so. Poor, poor, and poor AC system. Sitting seat also not proper, neck rest of seat position was wrong. Neck was paining during the travelling.

Worst trip of my life. The driver’s family was sitting on my reserved seat with their shoes on, which was completely unacceptable. The seat covers were extremely dirty, and there was no proper cooling from the AC, making the journey very uncomfortable. Due to these issues, I had no option but to cancel my trip and return home. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Absolutely pathetic experience. AC cooling was not kept on deliberately. 4 to 5 times informed operator, still the AC was shut. Later, AC was deliberately kept on fan mode. Will never travel again.

AC was off whole time, Even when repeatedly requested to turn it on, it was not turned on.
