First of all, bus started very late claiming driver didn't arrive yet and no info and no calls were answered till then. After the bus started, live tracking seems to be disabled. AC was leaking. Luggage got completely wet. Terrible travel experience.

Did not drop at the booked dropping point (last stop). They dropped at the new bus stand and asked me to reach by myself. I took another mode of transport to reach my dropping location.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Rash Driving and Uncomfortable Bus Journey We booked a bus from Pondicherry to Aluva, but our journey was extremely uncomfortable and frightening due to the driver's rash driving. The bus kept jumping and shaking throughout the journey, making us feel scared and unsafe. We were unable to sleep at all because of the continuous jerking and rough driving. It was a very stressful experience, and we could not rest properly during the trip. As passengers, we expect safe driving and a comfortable journey, especially on an overnight bus. This kind of driving was unacceptable and raises serious concerns about passenger safety. Please take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action to ensure that other passengers do not face the same experience.

The driver doesn't know how to drive a sleeper bus. He is driving very rash, not safe for passengers. Really a bad experience with my trip. No recommendation.

My drop location was somewhere and bus staff and driver asked me to get down somewhere. Please don't book this bus. Staff are unprofessional and smoking cigarettes and vape inside the bus. Balaji Cabs owner, requesting you change your staff.
