Yet not reached, no seat present in bus, overcrowded with full luggage. Very painful due to luggage. Air not reached inside bus. Full humidity due to overcrowded.

They at the last minute told us to go to a different boarding spot 7 kms away, made excuses and made 2 ladies, one who is 78 years old, travel to a new place at 11 in the night.

Driving was rash inspite of repeated complaints from passengers. Conductor was very rude to talk with. Bus arrived 50 mins late with no prior information. Drop point was Amit Nagar Circle but dropped at Dumad Chokdi citing bus cannot enter city at 4:45 AM. I saw other buses entering the city after it. One of worst travelling experience.

Nothing was good. It reached almost 45 mins late to the point. No one was picking up the call to let me know the status. No live tracking. Redbus agent did not have any clue as they were unable to contact the bus operators and agent Poonam suggested that I should check for any other bus at 1 AM. Amazing solution right? Seat was dirty, no bed sheets. Bus operators have filled the bus with random passengers from the road, who did not book the tickets. They were sleeping in the aisle area right outside your seat. No place to even keep our footwears let alone to walk. At the time of drop driver told me that it won't go to your point so take a drop somewhere else. When I told him that this is not where I have to get down he finally dropped me at 5 kms far from my point. It cost me around 150 Rs to get to my point. This is such terrible experience that I won't even think of Redbus again. Pathetic service.

The bus did not come on time and I had to face a lot of problems. One hour late bus.

I lost my shoes in the bus. Too many local passengers and full of luggage and parcel. No light and no charging port.
