Wrong route marked, bus first go to Ujjain and then to Indore.

The bus inner condition was very bad. Foul smell was coming inside the bus. AC was not working properly. Bus was unpunctual. My bus got rescheduled. It was supposed to come at 10:15 pm but rescheduled to 8:45 pm. However, the bus came at 9:45 pm. I was stranded in rain had no information about the same. Due to rain and bad roads, the bus reached the destination late (at around 7:30 am), but we understand the same as passengers. Overall experience was very bad.

Very bad behaviour from bus staff as well as bus driver. Also, pickup time was 11:50 but the bus driver picked me up at 12:40. In future, I will not travel on this bus and bus service. Very, very bad experience.

Timing is 8:30. Bus arrived at 11 pm and reached at 8:30 am in the morning for continuous 2 days.
