Pick up time is 10.35 pm at Bhuwana Circle and I reached there at 10.25 and called the driver and found out that the bus had passed from this stop prior to the scheduled time and even called the passenger. If I had not called, they would have left without picking the passenger. No responsibility to care whether the passenger is on board or not. I have to go 5 km far away to pick the bus and staff is not ready to accept their mistake. First time I feel this type of response.

Bus was nice, clean and sheets were clean. There was no ominous bus smell, which was great and it was on time.

It was a terrible experience, the bus conductor was not responsive at all. He gave us the wrong seats and was also clueless about where he kept our luggage, and he was blaming us that we didn't give any luggage to them. The people whose seat we sat on due to the conductor's mistake yelled at us. He didn't check the ticket and seats properly and simply asked us to leave the bus and take it up with. Clearly, he was not trained. He said made a mistake in assigning us seats. The bus didn't have a toilet at all. The seat felt very claustrophobic. Also, the washrooms at the stops were very dirty and unhygienic. We didn't feel safe in the bus as there was eve teasing by other passengers, and the conductor did nothing to take action on it.

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with the A/C sleeper bus service. I was standing at my designated boarding point, but the driver did not stop the bus and drove past at speed. I had already called the driver twice over the previous 30 minutes to inform him that I was waiting at the boarding point, yet he neither stopped nor bothered to call me back. When I called again after realizing that the bus was moving ahead, instead of responding professionally, the staff behaved rudely and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I paid XXXX for my journey from Barmer to Udaipur, even though cheaper alternatives were available. I specifically chose this service, expecting better standards, professional staff, and courteous treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was completely contrary to those expectations. Paying a premium fare should mean better service and respectful treatment, not rude remarks and a complete lack of responsibility. I hoped this feedback was taken seriously and addressed the conduct of the driver and staff to ensure that other passengers did not had to face a similar experience.

Bus conductor behaviour is not as good and in bus’s toilet there was no water for wash hand.
