Good service by bus operator.

No AC was working, and I wanted a refund.

Very poor travel experience. Highly disappointing service. I had a very disappointing travel experience with this bus service. Unfortunately, several basic facilities and service commitments were not provided as expected. First, the AC was not working properly. The AC was not cooling the bus adequately, making the journey uncomfortable, especially during the night. Second, the seat condition and misleading information was bad. At the time of booking, the seat was mentioned as adjustable. However, after boarding, I found the seat to be extremely old and dirty. There was no proper adjustment mechanism, gear, or button provided, so the seat could not be adjusted at all. Third, there was a significant delay. The scheduled arrival time at Phalodi was 12:45 AM, but the bus actually reached at around 2:15 AM, resulting in a delay of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Fourth, there was no live bus tracking. The live tracking facility was not available, making it difficult to know the actual location and expected arrival time of the bus. Fifth, there was no boarding point notification. Although the bus had already reached the boarding point, no staff member called or informed me that the bus had arrived. This created unnecessary inconvenience and uncertainty. Overall, the service was far below expectations, and the condition of the bus, lack of proper communication, delay, and unavailability of basic facilities made the journey extremely uncomfortable. I was highly dissatisfied with this travel experience and would not recommend this bus service based on my experience..

My experience trip is terrible. I never expected this type of service. The first bus from Chandigarh to Bikaner is very late. It reached at stop at 8:00PM while the time of pickup is 6:00 PM and no operator driver were picked the call also there is no help. The auto generated text was said that it was unable to help on this. Also the time of bus to reach the Bikaner stop is 3:30PM that's why i book another bus from Bikaner to Jaisalmer and I missed my bus from Bikaner to Jaisalmer because the first bus was reached at 7:00AM 2.5 hours late from it's original time. No help and support provided by make my support i tried a lot of time and cancelation was also not possible because after cancelation. I almost get nothing in return.
