Overpriced, I thought with the amount I paid it would be an AC sleeper, and it turns out it was non AC which was really insane considering the booking amount.

Extremely poor service and completely disappointing experience. I had never experienced such irresponsible and unprofessional bus service in my life. I booked a bus scheduled for 10:30 PM, but the operator failed to pick me up at my designated boarding point. I waited for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, repeatedly called the bus operator, and received no proper response. The complete lack of communication and responsibility was unacceptable. I had to attend my friend’s wedding, but this terrible experience wasted my valuable time and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I contacted customer support, I was told to take an Uber and that the operator would pay for it. But why should a passenger who had already paid for a bus ticket have to arrange alternative transportation because the operator could not provide the promised service. A bus service was supposed to provide reliable transportation, not leave passengers stranded and force them to chase the operator for answers. The operator seriously disappointed me with its lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. Responsibility should also be taken for investigating such complaints and ensuring passengers were treated fairly. I was seeking a full refund and reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time caused by this incident. I strongly advised passengers to think carefully before booking with this operator. No customer deserved to be treated this way after paying for a service. Extremely disappointing. Poor customer service. Zero accountability. I would not choose this operator again.
