Dear Support Team, I booked a ticket for my sister from Coimbatore to Musiri through with. The bus tracking shows “GPS signal lost.” We have tried calling the bus operator several times, but nobody is answering. They have also not provided clear information about the bus route. We are worried because we cannot confirm the bus location or whether it will reach Musiri as booked. Please contact the bus operator and confirm the bus's current location, route, and Musiri drop-off point as soon as possible. Kindly take immediate action and help us resolve this issue. Thank you.
