I have reached almost 2 hours before time. Driving was excellent and tactfully done. Overall very good experience with my 1st sleeper bus long journey.

Too many local passengers started to board after crossing Siliguri, making too much chaos in the bus, disturbing the sleep and peace. Suddenly, the reading lamp of all passengers was switched on from the main switch, and the staff had no idea, which remained on for like 30-40 mins. Welcome snacks were received after about 2 hours after boarding, which was almost close to dinner time. Water bottles were also received 2 hours later. I had also previously travelled in this bus, but this time the experience was worse.
