Very unhygienic bus, no cleaning, not comfortable.

Very worst service. There was no charging port in the bus and the bus was 2:30 hours delayed. I wasted money. I will suggest to all my friends to not book this bus.

They are not calling at bus time and we trying to call not pick up, they want to skip customer, they can gain money, they are telling rashly answer.

Worst bus service and staff. Don't book this bus and remove the bus for this travel.

Very disappointing bus service. The pickup location was incorrect, and the bus took almost 24 hours instead of the promised 12 hours. The bus was uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. The speed was extremely slow, around 20 km/h, and the driver and staff seemed unfamiliar with the route. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication throughout the journey. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Not recommended.
