Worst bus service ever. Seats (sleeper) wasn't comfortable for 2. There was a terrible smell inside the bus. Don't ask for punctuality. The bus time from Chandigarh was 9:30 and bus came at the boarding point at 10:15. The dropping time was 4:45 at BC Road Jammu and it reached there at 7:15 am. If you are reading this review, my personal advice is travel in SRTC bus but never in Awadh Travel. It's terrible.

1. Took a lot more time than ETA. The bus stopped a lot of times for breaks and sometimes just stopped randomly for 20 minutes without traffic. 2. The bus was smelling like garbage right from the start of the journey. 3. Charging points were not working properly and were loose. They were only on when the driver felt like it, not when the passenger wanted. The passenger had to tell him many times before he switched them on.

My bus was changed by the operator and the other bus provided by operator was not good, it stopped on stands for 40-50 minutes without any reason. On asking the conductor, he said go talk to the online person where I booked the bus. Due to this, I reached my destination almost 1 hour and 30 minutes late, due to which I suffered. I want my refund and compensation.

Bus did not arrive on time and was 2 hours late. Due to an emergency, I was not able to board the bus.
