Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service – refund required! one of the worst bus travel experiences I have ever had. I booked a sleeper bus, but midway through the journey, the operator arbitrarily changed it to a seater bus without my consent or any proper explanation. To make matters worse, they claimed that the bus had broken down, which appeared to be a misleading excuse to justify the change. This kind of dishonesty and irresponsible treatment of passengers was completely unacceptable. I paid for a sleeper bus and expected the service I had booked. Instead, I was forced to deal with an unexpected change that significantly affected my travel comfort and overall experience. Passengers should not have to suffer because of the operator’s poor management or lack of transparency. If the operator cannot provide the service promised at the time of booking, they should take responsibility instead of misleading customers with excuses. This was a complete failure of customer service and a serious breach of trust. I strongly urge the operator to address this issue. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. Think twice before booking.
